Hydrocodone Acetaminophen A Sulfa Drug

years ago i was given sulfa drug for prostate, after i took one pill i felt like i had the flu so i went back to the dr. and told him,he said that the sulfa had nothing to do with my problem so i took some more it happend again.so iquit on my own.never had a problem after.i now was prescreibed acetaminophen 5-325 for sciatik nerve problem that causes more pain than before i took it.

No, this isn't a sulfa drug, it's a narcotic analgesic. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

How long have you been taking it? What type of pain are you having?
