Hydrocodone Acetaminophen 7.5 /650 Tab

I have taken hydrocone/acetaminophen Tab 7.5 / 650 for several years for a back injury, I am 72 and it cant be fixed. They changed the law so now I get pink pill 7.5 / 325. My doctor assured me that I wouldn't tell the difference. Well I cant even tell I took one I take 3 a day. Something is not right. The one I was taking was M359. Would you please help. Thanks Max

Of course there's a difference and I don't know why your doctor wasn't upfront about it. The Acetaminophen augments the action of the narcotic, so a lower amount of Acetaminophen means it won't be as potent.

You may want to ask your doctor about just taking some extra Acetaminophen with it, or perhaps switching to a different medication.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
