Hydrocodone Acetaminophen 10 325 To 7.5-325 Difference

I been taking 10-325 now I ran out but I still have 7.5-325 left can I take then even tho I been on other ones is there a difference

From what you've listed, the only difference is the dosage, the 7.5mg is not as strong, but you should be able to take it, as long as your doctor approves.
