Hydrocodone 60 Mg

My grandma got dark purple capsules and her nurse say their compound capsules hydrocodone 60 mg is there a such pill as such I'm scared a little bit because there's no markings and their dark purple capsules

Actually that does make sense, a compounded medication would not have any markings on it. There is no standard manufactured 60mg dosage available, so it would have to be specially ordered by her doctor and then created for her at a compounding pharmacy. They usually use unmarked capsules, because they are cheaper than those with logos or imprints on them.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
