Those are all normal side effects of this medication, since the Hydrocodone is a narcotic. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

The best thing I found to help with the constipation, when I was on them, was natural fiber supplements, such as Metamucil. If your doctor says that it is safe for you to take, it might help you, as well.

For the nausea, try taking it with food and not on an empty stomach.
