i have been taking hydrocodone 10 apap 325 since 1988 for blotched back surgery. I received my months supply and i am hurting like hell. The pill says m367 on it. Could this be a placebo. this pill has always given me some relief.

No, it would actually be illegal for your pharmacy to replace your validly prescribed medication with a placebo. This tablet contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
The FDA classifies it as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
However, having been on it for so many years, your body could be building up tolerance to it and you may need to switch to a different medication. Have you informed your doctor of the problem?
