I take one norco 5 325 every 4-6 but then after the second pill I feel like I have a bladder infection starting and my ovaries hurt is this caused by the Norco. if I don't take a Norco the next day it goes away. But I need pain medications so should I go back to my doctors and change my medication?

No, that's not a typical side effect of this narcotic and I've not heard it mentioned by anyone else.
With the hurting ovaries, I have to wonder if your hormones are out of whack and it is possible that the medication may be having some effect on them.
Have you consulted your doctor? How old are you?
If you're over 35, there's a chance that you're in perimenopause and having anovulatory cycles, that can cause these types of symptoms, as well.
