Will it definitely damage your liver? No. Is it a risk associated with almost all medications? Yes!
The possibility is there, but it doesn't happen to everyone that takes it and is actually very rare.
And regarding this specific medication, most of the risk is associated with the Acetaminophen, long-term use of high amounts of it risks liver damage or liver failure. This is actually one of the reasons that the FDA requested manufactures do away with any combination prescription products that contained more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose, to help lower the risk.
