i started taking this 12 hours ago. I took 2 teaspoons every 4 to 6 hours. I. am itching all over. Does it have Phenobarbital in it? I am allergic to it. Same thing happens.

Hydrocodone is a narcotic and they can sometimes cause itching in some people as a side effect.

It also has the potential to be habit forming and may cause other side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Have you consulted your doctor? You may need to try a different medication.
