Hydroco Acetaminop 5 325mg Tab Mal Picture

I have sever neck and shoulder pain and have a pill that is from 2013 and not sure it is for pain. It is white with a score in the middle and M365 written on the opposite side.

That is Hydrocodone 5 mg/Acetaminophen 325 mg.
