This is a generic for Vicodin, Norco, Lortab and others, which means that the Hydrocodone is a narcotic that carries the risk of being habit forming and side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation and drowsiness.

Additionally, the Acetaminophen can be toxic, if too much is taken in a day, so I have to say I wouldn't recommend doubling up, unless your doctor or dentist has specifically said it's okay for you to do so.

Have you consulted your dentist to have the tooth taken care of, yet?

If not, then the pain will just continue to be a recurring problem, because it's not going to go away, until the problem is rectified.
