Hi Rayna,

This may vary slightly for some individuals depending on their metabolism, age, weight, tolerance, and other personal factors; but on average most people say they can feel its effects creep on within about 15 to 20 minutes after taking it.

I don't know how severe your pain levels are, but you might want to speak with your doctor if you're barely even noticing the effects of this medication on your pain.
