Can hydroco/acetamin 7.5-325mg be taken prior to root canal

You can take it, before a root canal, as long as your doctor, or dentist approves of you doing so, and is aware that you are taking it, however, you do always need to check, because people with some medical conditions cannot take it.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

Hydrocodone /acetaminophen is a narcotic analgesic and CAN be taken before, during and after a root canal. There is no ASPRIN in it, or anything that causes thinning blood ......since I believe that is why you are asking the question? Anyway....it is fine to take it or, if you are taking it, to continue without stopping for the procedure.
