Hydroco Acetamin 7 5 325 Tab Mallinck Can I Take One And A Half Tabs

my freind has severe hip pain and the ortho dr put her on hydroco/acetamin 7.5-325 mg tab no on pill is m366 sh took one and a half tab last night and it helped compared on taking one, can she take two tabs like every 5 hours

This is a generic for Vicodin, which is a narcotic pain reliever, so it does have the potential to be habit forming and can cause some side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, constipation and dry mouth.

And before continuing to take an additional half of a tablet, she should consult her doctor. The Acetaminophen in this can be toxic, if too much is taken in any 24 hour period, so she does need to be careful with it.
