Hydrochlorothiazide And Hair Loss

I've been taking it for about three months. My hair started falling out and now I have to stop taking it. I take other blood pressure meds that don't have that effect.

Yes, that is a known side effect of this medication, according to FDA reports. It can also cause other side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and dehydration.

There are other medications in this class that you can try to see if they may not cause you to experience the same issue. I know I'd be freaking out if I lost my hair.
