What are the markings on the tablet in questions?

Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen is a narcotic analgesic that is used to treat severe pain. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
