Each 5 mL contains: Hydrocodone Bitartrate 3.5 mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 7.5 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg

Active Chemicals: Chlorpheniramine + Hydrocodone + Phenylephrine

• Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine. It blocks the effects of the naturally occurring chemical histamine in the body and reduces congestion.
• Hydrocodone is a narcotic. It is a pain reliever and a cough suppressant.
• Phenylephrine is a decongestant. It works by constricting (shrinking) blood vessels (veins and arteries) in the body. Constriction of blood vessels in the sinuses and nose decreases congestion.
• Chlorpheniramine, hydrocodone, and phenylephrine is used to treat cough and nasal congestion associated with upper respiratory tract infections and allergies.
• Chlorpheniramine, hydrocodone, and phenylephrine may also be used for purposes other than those listed in this medication guide.
