what is the difference between the yellow dialudid and the white ones

It depends which ones you are talking about, since the colors don't actually mean anything.

However, there are some companies that make a generic version and they use different colors for their tablets, to make them easier to tell apart.

Though it is the marking on the tablets that actually denote what they are and not the colors.


For example:

There are Hydromorphone tablets marked with an M on one side and a number designating the dosage on the other side, either a 2 or a 4, but they are both white tablets.

There are also some that are blue, with an E 2 marking the 2mg and the same company has a beige one for the 4mg.


There is another company that has a yellow tablet with the marking 7574 that is a 4mg tablet, but they don't make a 2mg version.

Can you post back with the markings from the ones you are asking about?
