I have been taking hydrocodone/APAP 10/650. Recently my pharmacy changed the pill to a blue with M361 on side. I haven't gotten relief from pain with one pill as prescribe instead I'm up to one and have or two to control pain. What is the difference? I'm still in pain after two pills sometimes.

Hello, Seafarr! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're having this problem.
There can be some slight fluctuations from one generic to another. How long have you been taking the new one? Your body should adjust after a week or so, but that's not really going to happen if you keep doubling up. That's also not safe to do with these high amounts of Acetaminophen.
Have you consulted your doctor? These ones with the higher amounts of Acetaminophen in them are being removed from the market, so you will need to make a medication change, anyway.
