How To Wean Off Opiates
UpdatedA user was using for months, tried quitting cold turkey with violent, terrible, horrible withdrawal symptoms that finally tapered off, but left with depression. So user went back to using, tried quitting again but this time administered small doses to ward off the withdrawal symptoms, which worked wonderfully. User was very happy about this, though endorphin deficiency sydrome haunted still. A full dependancy on Almighty Creator Father, St. Johns Wort extract along with exercise remedied this and user is a balanced happy person and free of drugs now.

Hello,
Thank you for sharing this! I'm glad the "user" was able to successfully wean off the opiates and find a way to incorporate exercise and herbal supplements for health and happiness. :)
I just thought I'd ask, was he/she under the care of a doctor while weaning off? For those who aren't aware, it's very important that anyone who is trying to break free from an addiction problem seek the advice of a doctor and be under supervision. Withdrawal can be a very scary and possibly fatal process if not pursued with the utmost care.
Does anyone else have an experience to share, or any information regarding the opiate withdrawal process?
I have had 2 back surgeries, which were unsuccessful, surgeon tells me there's nothing more he can do, kicked me to pain clinic, grrrrr, been going for 2 years, they experimented me on every opiate out there, another grrrrr, I am a human being, not a rat! My last visit, they tell me, they are done with me, I never had a missed pill count, never had a bad specimen, never missed an appointment, etc., I found out why they kicked me out, money, money, money, so, here I am hoping someone out there can help me, was on 80mg oxy, they reduced it to 40mg, they are giving me 1 week of 10 mg, then I'm done, does this make sense to anyone? I am very scared of the withdrawl, plus, my severe pain is being untreated.
