You just swallow them with a full 8 ounce glass of water, as often as your doctor has directed, if they make you nauseous, you can't take them with food.

The U.S. FDA lists their other typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, stomach pain, and diarrhea.
