How To Use D Rise Sachet

what is the right time to take DRise
Some Doctors say on empty stomach mixed with milk first thing in the morning on empty stomach
some say to have along with breakfast
one doctor said along with evening tea
it is so confusing aq
please can you clarify whether it is to be taken with milk or water
and whether on empty stomach or with breakfast or in between
meals
