i have a fungal affect in my ear wheather combiflam tablet is suitable

Combiflam contains Acetaminophen/Paracetamol and Ibuprofen, so it will help with swelling and pain, but with not treat the fungal infection itself.

Have you seen a doctor to confirm the presence of an infection?
