You should follow the instructions exactly as on the label, tapering is essential to prevent complications from withdrawing too fast, since this is a steroid class medication.
You can take them all at once, or split them up throughout the day, taking them all at once may cause more side effects, such as nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.
