I have been taking the following medicines:
Amlodepine 5mg + lisinopril 5 mg
Gliclazide 80mg+ metformin 500 mg
Sizopin 100mg
Azona 40 mg
I want to know can I take these medicines together. Or any interval is required to take the medicines

@ kckarukachal,

I'm surprised that your doctor has you on this many medications. Since they're all used for similar purposes I knew there were bound to be some complications, but I didn't suspect quite as many as I had found. Based on my research, there are several potentially dangerous drug interactions between most of the medications you mentioned. The frustrating part is, doctors are completely aware of these interactions and still hand out more prescriptions without letting people know of the risks involved....

*Using Clozapine and Azona (Ziprasidone) together may increase the risk of an irregular heart rhythm which can be very serious and require immediate medical attention

*Using Azona (Ziprasidone) with Amlodipine or Lisinopril can have additive effects in lowering your blood pressure.

*Using Clozapine with Lisinopril or Amlodipine could also lower your blood pressure to unsafe levels

*Using Lisinopril along with Metformin can increase certain side effects that might lower one's blood sugar.

*Using Clozapine or Azona (Ziprasidone) with Metformin can also further interfere with the effects of Metformin and your blood sugar levels

I hope this info helps and wish you a safe transition to less riskier forms of treatment.
