How To Take Akt 4 Daily Dose

please advice,my mother (66yrs) facing a problem with fluctuate sugar, hyper tension(B.P), epilipsy, n due to fit she fall down on her lower spine before 6 months, after cure everything in the hospital doctor advice regular medicine n give discharge for the other dieses n said take rest for couple of month n can start seating n walking acordingly, she was fine after 2 months n started walking slowly on her own without support,
one day found very low sugar in the early morning about 36 n emergenct admitted in the hospital again n treatment starts n it took 15 days there,during period we done her lower spine M.R.I, where found T.B infaction, now the docter advice for the AKT-4 for 7-8 months n said after 3 months bed rest again will do the report n can advice when can she start walk on her feet,mother taking AKT-4 from 70 days as of today, as i heard there is a pattern to take the AKT-4 tablets dose,

please advice me how to take the doses, i got to know i was giving the wrong tablet at the wrong time,i gave her ISONIAZID 300mg in the morning at 6am empty stomch, other 2 tabs-PYRAZINAMIDE 750mg at 12pm before lunch & last one red capsule RIFAMPICIN 450mg at 6.30pm in the evening before light dinner.
please guide me how to take medicine, with water or milk or fresh juice, her other medicine also there.
we are bombay based n my mother treatment n hospitalization at the surat for some reason,now we are in mumbai n taking the medicine as doctor adviced, i have confussion about AKT-4 doses, n just wanterd to know how to take it to cure asap.

Red capsule containing Rifampicin to be taken empty stomach, i.e. at least 30 minutes before meal.
One large tablet containing Isoniazid + Ethambutol with one of the two Pyrazinamide tablets after breakfast.
Residual one Pyrazinamide tablet after dinner
Add one Pyridoxine tablet once daily at any time
