How To Remove Fludac From Our Body (Top voted first)

i am using fludac 20mg since one month and now i am feeling well. How can i remove fludac from my body(i mean how to stop the medicine without any side effects ) any reply is appreciated.

don't get bored because i am explaining my miserable story. I was affected with dry cough at the age of 18, after using medicine it did not cure. the cough is very irritating and i can't able to concentrate on my studies and can't able to listen to classes. so i thought that it is better to do jogging every morning and i started running in the morning and that made me with insufficient breathing so i got pain in the back of the head this was lasted till 2003 in 2003 i was undergone with septo plasty (doctor told that the breathing problem is due to increase of muscle growth in the nose) still the problem is not cured it is daily increased. once a doctor prescribed Taxim and gentamycin for the cough, while using those i was unable to sleep properly ( i,e at the time of falling in to the sleep my body starts a jerk that is sudden shake and my sleep is disturbed).
In 2006 i consulted a neuro physician he prescribed Don Forte,nexito forte, donplus these are not in single prescription i used these medicine for 6 moths and i felt somewhat better. after this i stopped these medicine. after 1 year of gap i approached another nurologist because the previous doctor was not available to me. The nerophysician first prescribed dulot-20 mg (duloxitine) my weight was increased and i was feeling slightly better after that pregadoc-75 with restful one month, pregadoc-75 with pexep12.5 for 3 months after this i used fludoc10 mg for one month i felt somewhat better but not completely so doctor prescribed again dulot 20 again the problem is same mean time i got cough again it is a very irritating cough. I thought that all these courses became waste after consulting chest physician it was cured after one month he told that there is no problem and advised to do breathing exercises and he also prescribed fludac 20 for 15 days i continued it till one month after consulting the neurophysician after 20 days of fludac 20 i started doing asanas and exercises which made sweating from that day i am feeling 95% better so i thought to stop the medicine and to continue the asanas and yoga. I met my doctor also he also suggested to stop the fludac-20 after using anothe one month, so is there any problem to stop the medicine all of a sudden.

Fludac contains the active ingredient Fluoxetine, this is an SSRI antidepressant.

Didn't your doctor give you any advice for stopping it?

Some of these medications, if stopped abruptly, can cause rebound symptoms, which can include worsening depression.

In most cases they should be tapered slowly.
