Hi all, i am vicky and i have been addicted of spasmo proxyvon for the last 4 years and now i am fed up with it and i want to leave it but i am not able to, so plz help me out.

Just make a strong will that's it is was taking this pill from 6 years now I left it from 8 days no rehab nothing just strong will with the help of almighty some problems will come but u have to fight its all up on u don't worry all will be fine

Plz leave it just by will I use to take it from last 8 years now I left it's 9 days with the help of almighty iam doing well some problems will come if u r heavy dose then decrease the dose day by day and make a strong wI'll ask help from almighty u wI'll win inshallah

I newly consumed it and I take 6 pills in once and in previous years I took nitrosun and heroine but I already stop using newly after around 1 years I use this newly again and now I can't sleep without it everyday and I have back bone ache.

I take around 8 tablets per day...and a minimum of 6... Is there an effective way to taper off? If so, please let me know.

Hey folks, it's damn hard to quit SP. But there is one easy way to quit. Starting with, go to temple or a church and spend some time with god and make sure when you come out, you come with a strong willpower and determination. After that try gradually reducing one capsule. For instance, if you're consuming 5 tabs per day, make sure you take 4 per day till next 5 days, next 3 and 2 tabs and so on. When you're almost about to quit but still if there is a pain or can't control, pop a painkiller tablet and make sure you don't get addicted to this painkiller. If this idea dint work, try consuming a little alcohol when you badly feel like taking sp. All the best guys. Our parents dont want us to end up like this. There is a beautiful life ahead of this, let's enjoy. Have fun.

Hi. I'm from Nagaland but now I live in Bangalore. I've been addicted to Spasmo Proxyvon for 10 years and I want to quit it. I've tried before to stop these pills for 6 to 7 days but I lose my appetite and can't eat anything. I also feel pain in my stomach, vomiting, loose motion, leg pain and my back pain. It's killing me. I really need your help.

I am 28 years old from kolkata the city of joy. I've been taking sp plus for the last 6yrs, so now I want to stop this bulls*** habit from ruining my valuable life. {edited for privacy}. Dear Ali, Sorry to hear about your situation. It sounds to me like your best bet may be to work closely with a doctor on some sort of slow tapering schedule that you can easily adhere to without feeling too much withdrawal symptoms. However, with such a habit as you describe affecting your livelihood, being fully transparent with your immediate family and friends about what you're going through in order to get proper support during these hard times seems like a vital component to one's long term success. Healthy relationships can act as a positive distraction that keeps your mind off of the spasmo proxyvon. Please keep us all posted on your progress.

No one can help except yourself brother. You need strong will power to suffer few days body aches, few sleepless night. If you are heavily addicted then reduce your dose to half for 5-6 days then after that again reduce it half for again 5-6 days.. When your doses are 3-4 tablets a day then you are ready to quit. You will get bodyaches and lose of sleep, so for that during day time, take painkiller and after dinner, go for a sleeping pill. You will be alright in a week or two depending on how heavy and how long you took it. Trust me i tried same on my own brother and couple of friends. I tried same thing on me during college days, and later i applied on my brother and friends.. Although i am a IT person, they call me Doctor now...

Hello everyone i was just going through these posts and I thought I should share my experience here. I was addicted to a combination of substances, namely phensedyl , corex, spasmoproxyvon, tramadol, nitrosun, cannabis and relipen for over a period of 15yrs . At one point this addiction led to me possibly having to lose my job and also having to leave the country as I was abroad. This was when I just stopped it one day stopped taking everything I could not sleep and my legs hurt a lot for 1-2 weeks it was the most painful experience I have ever had in my life but I just bit my teeth and went through it, and the one day possibly end of 2 weeks I slept and since then I have had no trouble.

It has now been 6yrs since I stopped it so everyone of you here can do it if you put in a sincere effort.
