now i am using paurush jiwan capsules 2 capsules in a day...and also using milk, banana, etc for daiet. kindly suggest i have to gain weight within 2 months. so what food use and medicin use for better gain weight slim body . i am very thin i am 27 year old hight 5'4 inch weight 55 kg only...so plz suggest me.
