How To Clean My Stomach

Hi, I am feeling so lazy & tired and getting light low feavor frequently due to stomach problems, I am not getting motion frequently so I want clean my stomach on new weekend; I am looking to get loose motions heavily on weekend to clean my stuff. Please suggest best medicine or capsule. Thanks in advance.

There are many issues that could cause these types of symptoms. Can you be more specific about what type of stomach problems you're having? Are you on any medications?
