How To Apply Evion 400 Capsules

Do we have to break this capsule or dissolve it in warm oil, or can we use any type of hair oil? Also, is there any side effects if I apply it on my hair or scalp? Lastly, how much of a gap should we have in between doses (i.e. once a week or daily)?

I used to break up 400mg evion capsule and drop half of it in hair oil and then apply it on my scalp almost twice a week. Is there any side effect of it. As i have unusual headache frm 3 dyas now.
