If your pill has the imprint E655 on front and 60 on back you have Morphine Extended Release 60mg. This is a very, very powerfull narcotic pain med. If you do not have a tolerance to this amount of morphine, you can easily OD and well to be blunt DIE.

60 mg morphine sulfate these when Injected can much more potent then any other morphine that is of the same mg. personally speaking when I first encountered it I was quite skeptical , and very disappointed . But after trying it and experiencing the rush first hand . Boy I was blown away and it put me ( a seasoned addict on my ass) into all kinds of astonishment. It turned me into a believer . My suggestion is that if u get these do urself a fav. And limit intake first time around, and then once you've gotten used to it u can do as u please

I just wanted to second that motion. I take that drug, am dying of cancer, so I need it to cut horrific pain. If you take it and are unaccustomed to morphine, you’ll have a nice nap, during which you are likely to stop breathing (pulmonary arrest). If somebody notices and calls an ambulance, they MIGHT revive you, but with permanent brain damage. If you are looking to commit suicide, there are safer ways, but remember, suicide is only a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Most suicides are impulsive and angry. People are not likely to remember you fondly because you were trying to hurt somebody else. Call Suicide Prevention instead to get help with sadness, depression and rage. Take it from one who knows.
