I have been taking 4 10/325 Percocet daily plus 100mcq Fentanyl patch every 48 hrs.My Doc changed me to 15mg morphine IR every 6hrs as needed,I can not feel hardly any difference in pain relief should I?

The Oxycodone in Percocet is one and a half time stronger than Morphine, and the Fentanyl is over 81 times stronger than Morphine, which likely gives you a bit of a comparison.
The FDA warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
Are you still on the Fentanyl Patch? If so, you're basically on equivalent doses, not anything stronger.
