I take it once a day in the morning 1/2 an hour before breakfast

Yeduc contains the active ingredient Sibutramine, which is used to aid in weight loss. It should not be used by people who are not severely obese and never without a doctor's supervision.
In the U.S. it is available by prescription only and taken once daily.
Side effects may include: nausea, irritability, insomnia and anorexia.
