How often should i get a liver panel? I just started meloxicam, a few days ago wow miracle drug, I have tried many pain pills and all they did was give me a buzz but still had pain. I got a very bad side effect from Losartan. I got bilateral achelies, tendonitis. It has been horrible since I have to stand and walk 12 hours a day for work. This did take about 3 days for all my pain to go away. But I am very concerned about the side effects.

Most doctors do them about every 3 months, at first, then if you're doing well, it will change to every 6, then yearly, as long as they feel you should continue taking it. Sooner, or more frequently, if you do encounter a problem.
The FDA lists its other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
