Hi, Priya! How are you?
Unfortunately, there's really no set answer that anyone can give you.
While Topamax can aid in weight loss and has recently been approved to be used for it, much of the rest really depends on the individual.
For instance someone that only takes the medication, but doesn't follow a good, healthy diet plan and get plenty of exercise is not going to lose as much as another person that does those things.
Other factors may also be involved, such as your metabolism, your overall health, any other medications you take and etc.
What types of expectations did your doctor give you?
