How Much Naproxen Can You Take At One Time

Hi. I took naproxen dr 500mg 6 hours ago, but I have still a lot of vaginal pain that I'm dealing with. Can I take ibuprofen 600 mg now while breastfeeding?

No, you should not combine them, since they are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories, thus that would essentially be doubling up.
