How Much L Methylfolate Is 7 5 Delphin

Taking L-Methyfolate for depression..800 mcg. daily...How much of it would be equivalent to Delphin 7.5 mg?

Hello,

From what I could gather, Delphin is listed as being another brand name for L-Methyfolate. However, to answer your question about converting the dosage, 800mcg is reportedly equivalent to 0.8mg. This means that you would essentially have to multiply your 800mcg dose roughly nine and a half times in order to reach 7.6mgs... just a tad less and you should be at 7.5mg in that respect.
