take one tablet by mouth once a day with morning meal for seven days then twice a day with meals. is that breakfast and dinner or two with breakfast,. perhaps every twelve hours?

Going by what you've listed from the instructions, though, according to the FDA, that would be taking one tablet, twice a day, usually with breakfast and dinner.
