i m taking thyronorm 12.5mcg and eltroxin 25mcg for past one and half year . during this my face swell in some days and looking normal in some days. why its happen

Hi, Ammu! Sorry about the problem you're having. How are you feeling today?

For best absorption, this medication should be taken on an empty stomach an hour before eating anything and it should only be taken with a small amount of water.

As to the facial puffiness, it may be due to your thyroid levels and the medication may need to be adjusted. When was the last time they were checked by your doctor?
