I have been alone for almost 2yrs. I slept with someone a week and a half ago and now i believe I have gotten gonorrhea from them. I have ampicillin 500mg. How many should I start off taking

Generally, as listed by the NIH, gonorrhea is treated with an antibiotic shot, not oral antibiotics. Thus, you should have yourself checked out to see if that is, indeed, what you have to have the proper treatment administered, if one is necessary.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
