Headaches can be a typical side effect of this medication, as listed by the FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, flushing and redness.
It should ease up, after a few weeks, once your body adjusts to the medication. If it doesn't, or if it gets worse, you should speak to your doctor. They may have ideas on what you can do to lessen them.
