Am 50yrs old active woman n doing gym walking regularly but aft a gap of 3yrs I started using treadmill ex at gym....n suddenly 3 days am having knee pain n I was jogging on treadmill machine fr 30mnts without any knee pain but now I can't move my right leg on high speed on ths machine due to sudden pain on my right knee please advice if I can start Neurobion tablets n can I continue taking each a day or once a week?
