Hi Cindi,
According to the US National Library of Medicine, "the average plasma half-life of Roflumilast and its metabolite (N-oxide) are reported to be an approximate 17 and 30 hours."
Ref: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3351880
This means that after every 17 hours, half of the Roflumilast you took is on it's way out of your system, and in another 17 hours there will be "half of that remaining half" left in your system, and so forth. This isn't including the half life of the metabolite (N-oxide), but if you're only concerned about the drug itself, you should be in the clear after a few days I'd imagine. Although this also depends on how much you took as well as several other factors (such as age, weight, diet, metabolism, etc)...
