I'm suffering from lower limb spindles and started taking neugaba as per my doctor's suggestion. I cant sleep without taking it at night. Do i have to stop taking it or can it be continued, because i've already been taking it for 16 months?

You can take it as long as your doctors deems it safe and appropriate for you to do so.
The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings, and weight gain.
