How Long Does Percocet Withdrawals Last

I have stopped taking perc 5mg on Sunday still feeling a little funny how much longer will this last???

It really depends on how long you were taking it and how much you were taking regularly.

It could take anywhere from a few days to about 2 weeks. This is classified by the FDA as a narcotic, so it carries the risk of being habit forming and withdrawal effects, if you stop taking it suddenly are normal and may include nausea, headache, rebound pain, diarrhea and dizziness.

Withdrawal from Percocets, tramadol, darvon, etc... will make you go through tremendous pain if it was used for pain. Nausea, hot and cold spells are expected but I believe you feel crummy for 3 days but can still function. People who withdraw off of morphine, fentanyl, and other opiates generally experience withdrawal hell that is similar to the flu times 1000 for approximately 4 days.
