If you take them together(1-3days), then have two weeks to go you will be fine. With Suboxone it'd be a waste because it has nalaxone in it(will block your receptors). If it's subutex then it will be worth it, might as well take them both at once ;)

Have an 11 panel ua in a lab. Get prescribed percs. Took opana days before ua then perc. Passed with flying colors. UAs go off of metabolites found in urine, look them up. Opanas and percs produce oxymorphone. Ha.

It is not oxy combined with morphine, it is a derivative of oxy, and it is what most people's body convert a certain amount of the regular oxy into. If you are on percs or regular oxy it can show a small amount of oxymorphone after a set amount of hours. Everyone's body will metabolize differently, some people will piss clean after 18 hours, others can take up to 3 days. it also matters how saturated your system is in any drug, i.e. how often you took the said substance. Drinking water only dilutes your urine, and clear piss is considered suspicious, and grounds for retesting.

I've been doing morphine for 10 years and it only stays in your system for 3 days! I'd bet $100, that I don't have, that I'm right!

I take 20mg Opana. I need to know how long Opana is present in the body. One post here said it could take 48-72 hours and another said it only stays in the body for 24 hours! I need to know because my pain doc tested me and I was out of the Opana, having took the last one at least 24 hours before the test. Am I in trouble?

In FL there is now a law that there is no way to tell the lab you take any prescribed medications ahead of time.

I have been taking 2 x 30 mg op for the past 2 weeks. I work outside everyday.. I am 6'1" 270 lbs. I have been clean for the past 5 days I just took a drug test for new employment. Did I past or fail..? I did drink half a gallon of water 2 hours prior to my test.

3 opana 30's showed up 3 weeks later. I had a bad break through pain and took a few so i could get out of bed. They have new tests if sent to a lab, the urinalysis can detect anything you took for that month. It showed everything i had taken that month. I am positive of when my back went out and the severe pain i was in. I couldn't move or go to the bathroom. Sorry they are getting smarter with their testing. If not prescribed it don't take it. I was informed that they would be gone in 3 days. What bulls***. I know my doctor knows my chronic pain is pretty bad so he forgave it this time, but no more chances. I am not happy about it but i have learned my lesson, next time they can call an ambulance.

Hello I been read and keep wonder want how long the opana er will be leave my system before get urine test cuz I am not rx from doctor and not that addict too and I have a bad pain on my lower back and left liver so I visit my dr every months so I want know how long this will be gone?

So seriously how long does it take to get opanas out of your system so that the lab won't even know you done it?????? I took a 20mg just a lil bit ago and i need to take a drug test next week so any help would be nice!!!!

I go to the suboxone doctor. You need to be dirty if your clean and don't fail the test. They will probably not take you as a patient bc they think you want to sell them.
