How Long Does Opana Er 20mg Stay In Your Urine

Took 2 opana er 20 mg on sat and have a urine drug test on Tuesday. I do not take them regular. Should I be able to pass it?

I took a 40 mg opana on Saturday night and I have to go for a test Wednesday morning. Will it be out of my urine by then?

I take a probation urine drug screen on Tuesday. I injected a 40 mg opana Saturday evening. Will it be outta my pee by Tuesday morning?

I don't think so. I know it all depends on your metabolism and how fast it goes but with injecting it is in your blood longer than taking orally which is #5 days and intra-nasal is #3 days.
