I forgot to change my Norspan patch on Saturday and it's Tuesday. It's only a 5mg one but I wanted to know how long it will take before I feel some relief. I know it takes 3 days to get to the consistent level but just wondering how quickly it will start working.

It should start working shortly after applying the patch, but as you have already stated, it may take a few days for it to reach its full level of efficacy.
The NIH warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
