How Long Does Morphine 30 Abg Stay In Your System

i have been shooting about 30 mgs of morphine abg for about a wk. im a female and weigh about 147. i have a fairly high metabolism. if i drink lots of water does anybody know how long this will stay in my system for a regular urine test. no lab.
